We are scaling our event portfolio for 2026 and are building the operational engine behind our next chapter of growth.

We are hiring an Event Planner to support the strategic growth of Patrician Company by managing a portfolio of clients, leading event and experiential marketing campaigns that directly contribute to revenue generation.

As Patrician Company expands its event portfolio for 2026, we are building the campaign design and hospitality infrastructure that supports consistent, flawless execution across every engagement.
This role exists to help our clients design and execute events that generate new customers, increase brand awareness, and drive measurable revenue growth.

The Event Planner supports the growth of Patrician Company by designing and developing strategic event and experiential marketing campaigns, leading client engagements from concept to execution, and actively contributing to sales and new business development.

You will not only execute events — you will help shape the campaigns behind them and grow the relationships that sustain them.

The Event Planner supports the growth and profitability of Patrician Company by leading a portfolio of client engagements, designing revenue-driving event and experiential marketing campaigns, and converting relationships into long-term partnerships.

You will help ensure every event is strategically aligned to client business goals, executed with excellence, marketed with intention, and positioned to generate measurable results.



WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Manage 5–8 active client accounts at a time
  • Lead new client discovery calls to define event objectives, revenue targets, and audience strategy
  • Build and present event proposals and campaign strategies
  • Close new business and renew existing engagements
  • Set revenue goals for each event and track performance against them
  • Identify upsell opportunities (sponsorship expansion, multi-event packages, add-on campaigns)
  • Maintain consistent, high-level communication with clients
  • Lead bi-weekly client strategy meetings
  • Ensure clients feel confident, informed, and strategically guided


Your Own Client Portfolio

  • Translate business goals into clear event concepts and campaign plans
  • Develop themes, positioning, messaging, and experience architecture
  • Design campaign revenue strategy (ticketing tiers, sponsorship structure, brand activations)
  • Approve creative direction across design, staging, and guest-facing materials
  • Build and finalize run-of-show and experience flow
  • Ensure every event has measurable KPIs (attendance, revenue, pipeline, donor growth, etc.)

Event Concept and Design

  • Lead event coordinators and assign clear responsibilities
  • Approve timelines, production schedules, and task plans
  • Review vendor proposals and major contracts
  • Oversee budget tracking and margin performance
  • Lead internal weekly planning meetings
  • Direct on-site execution and manage real-time decision making
  • Maintain a calm, solutions-focused presence during high-pressure moments


  • Support the production and execution of up to 24 events in 2026
  • Assist with timelines, run-of-show documents, production schedules, day-of installation, and post-event strike
  • Support on-site execution at client venues, including evenings and weekend


Lead the Event Coordination Team

  • Develop pre-event marketing calendar and content strategy
  • Direct email marketing campaigns (segmentation, messaging, launch cadence)
  • Guide social media campaign direction and promotional assets
  • Align event messaging with client brand voice
  • Track registration velocity and adjust marketing tactics as needed
  • Measure marketing performance and report results to clients


Event Marketing

What Success Looks Like

  • Complete a full review of current financials, systems, payroll, HR compliance, insurance, and licenses
  • Identify immediate risks, gaps, or inefficiencies
  • Establish a clean monthly reconciliation rhythm
  • Ensure books are fully reconciled and current
  • Create clarity around the current operating budget and cash flow
  • Begin bi-monthly P&L review meetings with the CEO

  • Complete onboarding and review Patrician Company SOPs, templates, and client workflows
  • Shadow active client strategy meetings and event planning sessions
  • Lead at least one internal planning meeting
  • Draft one event campaign outline (concept, revenue model, marketing approach)
  • Begin managing client communication for 1–2 accounts
  • Identify at least 3 new business opportunities within the existing network


Within 30 Days


  • Implement consistent payroll and reporting processes
  • Confirm all HR documentation, insurance policies, vendor COIs, and business licenses are up to date
  • Organize financial files, contracts, and internal documentation for easy access
  • Introduce at least 2–3 workflow improvements that increase efficiency or visibility


  • Fully own 2–3 client accounts
  • Lead client strategy meetings independently
  • Design and present at least two full event campaign proposals
  • Close at least one new client engagement or expansion
  • Launch and oversee marketing campaigns for active events
  • Lead event coordination team meetings with clarity and authority
  • Successfully execute at least one event with measurable outcomes


Within 90 Days

  • Maintain accurate, disciplined financial reporting with no surprises
  • Operate within budget with proactive forecasting and cash flow management
  • Build documented systems that support team growth and scalability
  • Serve as a trusted operational partner to the CEO
  • Strengthen the financial and structural foundation required for sustainable growth


  • Manage a consistent portfolio of active clients
  • Contribute meaningfully toward the company’s $1.5M+ annual fee revenue growth target
  • Close multiple new client engagements
  • Successfully lead and execute a full season of events
  • Achieve strong client retention and referral activity
  • Demonstrate clear ownership over margin, budget discipline, and campaign ROI
  • Become a trusted strategic advisor to your clients

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, experiential marketing, or social media strategy
  • Experience leading client relationships and presenting strategy
  • Strong copywriting and messaging skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Ability to connect marketing efforts to measurable outcomes (revenue, audience growth, pipeline, donor engagement)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe tools
  • Experience directing or collaborating with content teams
  • Strong organizational and project leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site at client venues (including evenings and weekends when required)

You must be comfortable leading both strategy conversations and execution conversations.



Nice to Have:

  • Experience closing new business or expanding existing client accounts
  • Familiarity with sponsorship strategy and revenue modeling
  • Experience managing event budgets and maintaining high margins
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
  • Active user of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Claude, or similar
  • Background or interest in design, branding, experiential marketing, or hospitality
